This medication is most effective when applied twice a day. If your athlete’s foot has already been treated with this medication, do not apply more than directed amount of medication an hour before or after the start of the fungal infection.
Use this medication with caution in your diet, as it may cause serious, occasionally life-threatening side effects. This medication should be used only when prescribed by a doctor.
It’s important to take this medication as directed by the physician who will decide on whether it's the right treatment for you.
Do not use it once or for long periods of time after the rash appears, as it can become contagious.

Lamisil Once is a once-daily topical antifungal medication, used to treat various fungal infections of the skin such as athlete’s foot, jock itch, ringworm, and athlete’s foot.
Lamisil Once is usually taken by mouth once or twice daily, with or without food. The recommended dose is one 1% solution once daily. If the medication is being used by children, a dose of 2% is usually recommended for most adults and children under 6 years of age.
If you are taking terbinafine or terbinafine and your skin is sensitive to sunlight, it is best to use a sunblock or a sunscreen during the first few days of treatment. Use sunscreen at the same times each day. If you see that the sunscreen has not been applied, it is recommended that you wash your face and wear a hat before applying Lamisil Once. Wear a hat when you are applying Lamisil Once.
Do not apply Lamisil Once to open wounds or break your fingers.
If your skin is sensitive to light, it is best to apply a light-colored sunscreen (SPF 15 or higher). Always keep the sunscreen on hand in case of sunburn.
Wash your hands before and after applying Lamisil Once.
If you miss a dose of Lamisil Once, take it as soon as you can. If it is almost time for your next dose, wait until then to take your next dose at the usual time. Do not take two doses at once. If you take more Lamisil Once, your next dose may be given at a different time, but this time, your next dose will be at the usual time.

The product contains the active ingredient terbinafine hydrochloride 1%, which belongs to a group of medicines called antifungals.
This medicine is applied directly to the affected area of the nail by a healthcare professional. The healthcare professional will assess the condition of the nail and will prescribe the appropriate medicine depending on the severity of the infection and the type of examination and laboratory test.
The medicine will not be a cure for the infection unless it has been successfully treated.
After the application, the affected nail may remain dry for a few days or may become slightly sore. This may continue for up to three weeks.
